In order to ensure the very highest levels of product acceptability to the end-user, the strategy has been to engage in collaborative ventures with highly respected international businesses to contribute significantly to the overall development process.

Doosan Babcock
Doosan Babcock is a multi-specialist energy services company operating in the thermal power, nuclear, petrochemical, oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries and are leading international steam generation equipment manufacturers. Doosan Babcock developed and manufactured the initial heat exchanger for the CESAR system.

DLM
Swiss company DLM have extensive experience in modern steam technology for locomotives and other transportation applications. They were engaged as 'Technical auditors' to help refine the design and efficiency of the CESAR system.

Voith
German organisation Voith is one of the world's leading companies in the development and manufacture of energy and mobility systems. CPT has engaged with Voith in the development of their compact steam expander unit used in the CESAR system. An agreement to supply prototype and production units was made with Voith in August 2008, and Voith have undertaken to supply CPT with steam expander units, together with spares support, for the CESAR units produced in during 2010.

Safeway North America
In the early part of 2008 an agreement was signed with Safeway North America to allow collection of running data from their fleet of refrigerated trucks operating in Calgary, Canada. A major exercise to collect operating data from trucks in day-to-day service was carried out in Calgary in the first three weeks of July 2008. Safeway will be the first fleet operators to trail the CPT reefer system.

Cascade Sierra Solutions
Cascade Sierra Solutions (CSS) is a U.S. based non-profit environmental organization. CSS will act as consultants and advisors on matters of regulatory requirements, certification and validation of the CESAR system. CSS is well connected with legislative bodies, truck and equipment manufacturers and vehicle fleet operators.

NewEnCo/ Renewable Power Systems
UK based NewEnCo and Renewable Power Systems are sister companies engaged in the development, marketing and operation of clean energy power generation systems. CPT installed the first operational CESAR landfill system at the Renewable Power Systems site in Oxfordshire, UK in early 2010.
